Production tracker for Roblox builders

Track every floor, room and prop of your Roblox build

Break large interior builds into floors and rooms, check off furniture, lighting and signage, and ship a playable map on schedule.

Takes you to sign-up.

Why it exists

A hotel is not a to-do list. It is eight floors of rooms, and every room has furniture, signs, lights and a bathroom that someone has to remember.

Generic task boards and chat threads have no concept of space. Wingplan does: building, floor, room, asset.

Building overview

See the whole building, one floor at a time

Stack your floors from reception to roof. Each one shows how many rooms are finished, so you know where the map is thin before a playtest does.

Room checklist

Every prop, sign and bathroom has a line

Furniture, lighting, bathrooms and signage live in the room they belong to. Arabic signs sit in the list in Arabic, right-to-left, exactly as they will read in game.

Pass tracker

Track lighting, audio and scripting passes across rooms

Flickering lights, ambience and horror scripting come after the room is built. See which rooms have had each pass and which are still untouched.

The old way and this way

Task boards and chat threads were never built for rooms

Where is the work? A card called "do hotel floors" Building, floor, room, asset
Arabic signage A screenshot in a chat thread A line item in the room, in Arabic
What is missing? Scroll back and hope Unchecked props per room
Lighting and scripting Remembered, then forgotten Its own pass, tracked room by room
Sharing progress with a client Screenshots and long messages One floor-by-floor overview

How it works

From empty Studio place to finished interior

  1. LAYOUT

    Lay out the building

Name the floors and list the rooms on each: reception, corridors, suites, elevators, staircases.

  2. CHECKLISTS

Fill each room with a checklist

Add furniture, signage, lighting and bathrooms. Mark each as to do, in progress or done.

  3. PASSES

    Run the passes

Once rooms are built, track lighting, audio and horror scripting as separate passes across the whole building.

  4. REVIEW

Walk the overview before you ship

Check every floor against its progress bar, clear the blocked ones, then playtest with nothing forgotten.

Questions

Before you start

Does Wingplan build anything inside Roblox Studio? +

No. Wingplan is where you plan and track the build. You still build in Studio. It keeps the list of floors, rooms and props so nothing is missed.

Who is it for? +

Solo and small-team Roblox environment artists and map builders, and the clients who commission them, working on large interiors such as hotels, hospitals and mansions.

Can I track Arabic signage? +

Yes. Signage is a checklist group in each room, and Arabic text is shown right-to-left in the list.

What about lighting and scripting? +

They are tracked as passes across rooms: lighting, audio and horror scripting each have their own status per room.

Can a client see progress? +

The floor-by-floor overview is built to be read at a glance, so it is easy to talk through with a client.
